I have finally installed Isoacoustics Gaia 2 feet on my Scm40's and I am very happy with the results. They allow the system to be played at higher volume while retaining clarity focus. The bass definition seems improved and cymbals are more distinct and sibilance reduced. I think it has been a very worthwhile investment. I now have the isoacoustics orea footers under all my electronics and the Gaia feet with the carpet discs on my speakers and it is definitely the best sound I have achieved from my system
